Answer is y = -2/3x + 4

We are looking for y= mx + b.

Slope (m) is found on the graph, rise over run.
Rise is 4, run is -6, so m= -2/3.

Now we are looking for “b”.
Using points(0, 4) we know the y intercept is 4.

Now we can answer the question by filling in the unknown blanks.

y = -2/3x + 4
