What does it mean when they ask if the data distribution is good?

Answer:

data distribution: shows all possible values of data/probability of how often it occurs.

if it is good distribution, the data will be scattered equally in a way which allows you to easily come up with a conclusion upon analysis.

if distribution is poor, the data will not make sense basically.
