L = 4W + 3

perimeter = 2(L + W)

perimeter = 2(4W + 3 + W)

perimeter = 2(5W + 3) = 10W + 6

10W + 6 = 586

10W = 580

L = 4W + 3 = 4(58) + 3 = 232 + 3 = 235
