Well I do not see the other part but I will still put the meaning of each word to help out.
Sublimation: Sublimation is the transition of a substance directly from the solid to the gas state, without passing through the liquid state.
Deposition: Deposition is the laying down of sediment carried by the wind, flowing water, the sea or ice. Sediment can be transported as pebbles, sand and mud, or as salts dissolved in water.
Condensation: Condensation is the process where water vapor becomes liquid. It is the reverse of evaporation, where liquid water becomes a vapor. Condensation happens one of two ways: Either the air is cooled to its dew point or it becomes so saturated with water vapor that it cannot hold any more water.
Melting: Melting is usually a icy or cold substance becoming liquefied by heat.
Evaporation: Evaporation is of an element or compound is a phase transition from the liquid phase to vapor. There are two types of vaporization: evaporation and boiling. Evaporation is a surface phenomenon, whereas boiling is a bulk phenomenon.
Freezing: Freezing is a phase transition where a liquid turns into a solid when its temperature is lowered below its freezing point. In accordance with the internationally established definition, freezing means the solidification phase change of a liquid or the liquid content of a substance, usually due to cooling.
