We know that,

slope =
\rm{((y2 - y1))/((x2 - x1)) }

Let (0,1)=(x 1 ,y 1 ) and (1,2)=(x 2,y 2 )

So,

Slope of line =
((2 - 1))/((1 - 0)) = 1

Now,

The required line equaqtion is given by,

==> y−y 1 = m(x-x1)

==> y−1=1(x−0)

==> y−1=x

==> y=x+1
