When y=x and z=1/2x
xyz= 500
x(x)(1/2x)= 500
1/2x^3=500
x^3= 1000
x= 10
How to check your answer?
xyz= 500
(10)(10)(10/2)= 500
500= 500
Both LHS and RHS is equal therefore this answer is correct. x=10.
Hope it helps : )
