Physical change

The ice cream does not change into another substance, it just changes states.

Answer:

Physical change

Step-by-step explanation:

When melting, it absorbs heat from the surround and changes the physical state (solid to a liquid). no reactions are happening, liquid ice molecules will exist the same as in solid ice.
