Answer: y=-3x+1

Explanation:

1. Use the formula
(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

2. Subsitute:

(4-(-2))/(-1-1) =>
(6)/(-2)

3. Solve for m in the equation y=mx+b:

m=-3(from step above)

4. y+2=-3(x-1)

=> y+2=-3x+3 => y=-3x-1

Have a nice day! :D
