Lost in the Woods
Samira was on a camping trip with her friends, Megan and Shayla. After setting up their tents, they decided to explore the
surrounding woods, equipped with flashlight and bottles of water. Shayla had told them about a waterfall located in the woods, and they
were eager to find it. It had been raining, so the ground was still soft and damp.
"Are you sure you know which way the waterfall is, Shayla?" Samira asked her friend after they had been walking for a while.
"Oh relax, Samira, and stop worrying so much! I'm sure it's around the corner and we'll be there soon."
Samira wasn't entirely convinced, but she decided to take her friend's advice and stop worrying. The girls kept walking for another 15
minutes, yet there was no sign of the waterfall. It had also started to get dark, so they decided to turn back and find their way to the
campsite. But when they turned around, they could not tell which way they'd come.
"Oh no, we're lost! What are we going to do? I don't want to spend the night in these woods!" Shayla said, tears streaming down her
face.
"I knew we should never have come on this trip! I warned you guys that this might happen, and now we're lost!" Megan said, her
