Answer:

The order should be Andrew, Blake, Jamail, and then Ernesto (37.6%, 3/10, 29.4%, 7/25)

Explanation:

You need the numbers to all be the same kind (ie. fractions or percentages) since there are more percentages, I decided to convert the fractions to percentages. This means that the denominators need to be 100. So, if we take Blake which is 3/10, than converting it to a percentage is easy. If you add a zero to both the numerator and the denominator, than you get 30/100 or 30%. For Ernesto, (7/25) multiply the numerator and the denominator by 4 to get 28/100 or 28%. Then, order them: 37.6%, 30%, 29.4% and 28% Hope this helps!

okay so we can convert all of the numbers into the same unit so we can compare

jamail = 29.4%
andrew = 37.6%
ernesto = 28%
blake = 30%

in order from greatest to least,
andrew
blake
jamail
ernesto
