Answer: -3 2/5

Explanation:

When both integers are negative, you can treat them the same as positive numbers and add a negative sign to your final sum.

1+2 2/5 (or 2 4/10 or 2.4) is equal to 3 2/5. So (-1)+ (-2 2/5) is equal to -3 2/5, or -3.4.
