President Reagan picked Sandra Day O'Connor to be on the Supreme Court.
A law case has come to your court. It seems that a group of citizens are saying
that only men can be on the Supreme Court. You be the judge. What do you

The first part of the 14th amendment is the equal protection under the law clause. This clause states no government or state shall deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws!
