I believe it would be $52.29

Explanation:

You put $45.00 with 15% in a percentage calcuator, (math w ay might work,) which gives you 6.75 and you put the tax of 8% in a tax calculator which gives you 7.29.

Then you just add $45.00 + 7.29 = $52.29!
