Answer:

y=6x+3

Explanation:

1.6x-y=1 solve for y

-y=-6x+1 divide bot sides by -1

y=6x-1

slope is 6

the slopes of parallel lines are equal

y-(-3)=6(x-(-1))

y+3=6(x+1)

y+3=6x+6

y=6x+6-3

y=6x+3
