Eliminate 2nd equation from 1st equation here:

3y = -27

y = -27/3

y = -9

Now, substitute the value in 2nd equation, x - (-9) = 13

x + 9 = 13

x = 13 - 9 = 4

In short, Your Answer would be: (4, -9)

Hope this helps!
