Lord help me, I need a girls advice on this please ladies

If your best friend has all the same classes with you and you guys are just lightly punching each other in class, but he grabs your hands to stop you from punching him but then just holds them for the rest of the time the teacher talks under the table, but when lunch comes around and he sits next to you like nothing happened, but still tries to hold your hand, but at the same time he's calling you his friend and I've had a crush on this guy for a long time and we both came out to each other cause you know I've known him for so long so we trust each other and now I don't know what to do so please HELP ME ​

Coming for a girl, My advise it to bring up the topic and ask if he likes anyone, and see what he says, since you guys are pretty close he would probably tell you who it was but if he is a little hesitant about it he probably likes you too. so after that you should slowly bring up that you like him, say like " so I kinds like you more than just a friend but if you don't feel the same way about me if fine, i don't want this to change anything about our friendship" that's my advice hope this helps : )
