Dear Louise,

"This is so unfair! We don't want to be ruled by the British government anymore." I said. But the British soldiers ignored us. They started shooting. My best friend Hannah joined in the fight, but she got shot. I was so angry! "You guys don't give us any-" I shouted, but got caught off. My father is a British loyalist, but I didn't agree with him. He was very angry to find out his own daughter was opposing him. You might be wondering how he knew. Well, one midnight, as I was about to sneak out to raid the tea imported, but my father caught me. "What in the world are you doing?" he asked calmly. "Nothing," I answered quickly. "I ask again," He said. "What are you doing?" he said louder. "I said already, nothing," I said quietly since I hate lying to him. "I know what you're doing! You're sneaking out to join the raid!" He shouted as I stood there in shock. "How did you know?" I whispered. "Your letters aren't in the best hiding place," he growled, and then he banished me from leaving that day. I was very upset about the tea tax raise. My mom is too, but she hides her feelings from my father. "The Townshend Acts, The Sugar Act, and the Coercive Acts are not enough? Now you want to shoot us?" I cried angrily as I helped Hannah. My father didn't change his expression, and I never forgot his face as I left to take Hannah to my mother for healing.
