1. Large amounts of rainfall increasing chemical weathering
2. Large amounts of vegetation increasing biological weathering
3. They are nearer to the equator so there are high temperatures and faster rates of chemical reaction
4. Some areas (high areas and desert areas) have higher diurnal temperature range.

Answer: Hope This Helps!

Step-by-step explanation:

Rainfall and temperature can affect the rate in which rocks weather. High temperatures and greater rainfall increase the rate of chemical weathering. Soils retain rainwater so that rocks covered by soil are subjected to chemical reactions with water much longer than rocks not covered by soil.

(Big fan of your answers BTW!)
