I NEED HELP ASAP!!

In order for a choke or transformer to work correctly in a voltage converter, which condition must be met
1.To use insulated varnish wire
2.To put insulation between the layers of windings
3.That the width of the hysteresis loop is adjusted to the duty cycle
4.That the core of the magnetic circuit never goes into saturation during operation
5.That a computer simulation has been done
6.To have proper cooling
7.The number of turns should be such that the induced counter electromotive force can maintain the balance of the applied voltage.
