Can someone write the beats/subdivide under the notes? The time signature is 4/4. I have no idea how to count this-

I'll give a series of numbers. Each will represent the number of beats of each note, entirely in order. So a quarter note is 1, half note is 2, etc. Here ya go:

Measure 1:

2, 2

Measure 2:

2, 2

Measure 3:

2, 2

Measure 4:

3.5, 0.5. The two notes connected with a string are played as one.

Measure 5:

2, 2. The two notes connected with a string as played as one. In these, the first portion is 3 times as long as the second.

Measure 6:

Same as measure 5

Measure 7:

2, 2

Measure 8

3. The fourth beat is just a rest.
