Everywhere there is a (t) plug in a number from the time data, its better to use a number that isnt 0 or 1. Once you plug in a number from the time data solve the equation and see if it equals to the corrosponding height.

h(t)=-5.03(1.5)^2 + 10.22(1.5) +2.99 = 7

Notice how the underlined numbers correspond with each other on the given data.

(t) 1.5

(h) 7.0
