Answer:

y=1/4x+3

Explanation:

1. 6-2/12-(-4)

6-2/12+4

4/16=1/4

2. y-2=1/4(x-(-4))

y-2=1/4(x+4)

y-2=1/4x+1

y=1/4x+1+2

y=1/4x+3

y = 0.25x + 3

0.25 is the slope

+3 is the y-intercept

Please let me know if I am wrong.
