8 : 27

Explanation:

Given the ratio of sides of 2 similar objects = a : b , then

ratio of volumes = a³ : b³

Here ratio of sides = 56 : 84 = 2 : 3 , then

ratio of volumes = 2³ : 3³ = 8 : 27
