1. X is greater than or equal to -8

2. X > 12

Explanation:

1. Divide both sides by -3 to isolate your variable, X. When dividing be a negative, your less than sign flips to a greater than sign.

2. Multiply both sides by 2 to isolate your variable. This gives you X>12
