Answer:

Price after off =80- 1/4 * 80 = 80-20 = $60

Coupon discount = 60*10/100 = $6

So, he have to pay, 60-6 = $54

The jacket was $54.00. Since 80 is the price you multiply it by 25% of 80, you would get 80*0.25=20, then you should subtract the values to know the value of 1/4 of the jacket off 80-20=60. Then you multiply 10% from the price of 1/4 off the jacket 60*0.10 and get 6, then you subtract the values 60-6=54. So therefore $54 is the price of the jacket.
