The charge will be the same when what they pay is equal

100 + 25*number of hours = 50 +35 * number of hours

let number of hours =h

100 + 25h = 50 + 35h, subtract 25 h, and subtract 50 from both sides

100-50 = 35h -25h, combine like terms

50 = 10h , divide by 10 both sides

5 = h , in 5 hours the companies will charge the same amount
