I'll do the left side.

1:

-6=(n)/(3) -8 \\2 = (n)/(3) \\n = 6

Inverses are your friends, for example to get
n - 3 = 0 where n is on one side, do the inverse of subtraction ( addition) so you get
n - 3 + 3 = 3 \\\\n = 3

-7 = (n)/(4) - 3 \\-4 = (n)/(4)\\n = -16

-13 = 5y + 7 \\-6 = 5y \\

On "y" there is a coefficient of 5, aka
5*y, the inverse of multiplication is division

(-6)/(5) = y

-6 + (x)/(2) = -3\\ (x)/(2) = 3 \\x = 6

You finish the rest, but you gotta remember this, isolate the variable (x, y, z, whatever) by doing inverses

inverses

addition - subtraction

multiplication - division

Everything in math builds on this!!!
