PLEASE HELP 50 Points!!! The period when I caused Mummy to shed tears is over, I have grown wiser and Mummy's nerves are not so much on edge. I usually keep my mouth shut if I get annoyed, and so does she, so we appear to get on much better together.

Can someone interpret this and why you think that

They see that their mother is no longer sad because she does not have to put up with the child’s childish lifestyle anymore, because they are growing up and becoming more mature as they age, and children tend to be annoying, therefore their mother doesn’t have to deal with so much annoyance all of the time. They learn how to keep to themselves so that they won’t have to disrupt their mother anymore.
