Maria will rent a car for the weekend. She can choose one of two plans. The first plan has an initial fee of $57.98 and costs an additional $0.15 per mile driven. The second plan has an initial fee of $43.98 and costs an additional $0.20 per mile driven. How many miles would Maria need to drive for the two plans to cost the same?

M=#of Miles

57.98+.15M=43.98+.20M

57.88-43.88=.20M-.15M

14=.05M

14/.05=M

M=280 miles
