Answer:

Country: Puerto Rico

Capital: San Juan

Step-by-step explanation:

After the success of the first voyage, the Spanish Crown gave Christopher Columbus more resources to embark on a second and one of the places he reached was Puerto Rico where he encountered Taino Indians.

The Indians at first, thought the Spanish were gods and so did not resist till the Spanish maltreated them and forced them to work in mines and after they died from exhaustion and rebellion, replaced them with enslaved people from Africa.
