32 units is the perimeter. I did thwart by adding up all sides.

7x2 = 14
9x2 = 18
14+18 = 32

Actually Welcome to the Concept of the rectangles.

here, l = 10 , b = 7

hence, perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

=> 2(10+7) => 2(17) => 34 units

hence the perimeter is 34 units.
