28x - 60

Explanation:

f(x)=-x+8

g(x)=8x+7

(f - g) (-4)

= (x + 8 - 8x + 7) -4

Move all the like terms together.

= (x - 8x + 8 +7) -4

= (15 - 7x) -4

Multiply -4 with 15 and -7x

= 28x - 60
