We will use this multiple times so first note that when two tangents meet at a point, the distance to where they touch the circle from that point is equal.

This means 7y-9=2y+11 so 5y=20 so y = 4

OK = NK = 7y-9 = 7(4)-9 = 28-9 = 19

This means the length ML = OL = 32 - OK = 32 - 19 = 13

JM = JN

5x-8=8x-35

27=3x

x=9

So JM=JN=5(9)-8 = 45 - 8 = 37

Now the perimeter = JM + ML + OL + OK + NK + JN = 37 + 13 + 13 + 19 + 19 + 37 = 138
