Answer:

Decimal: 0.0075

Fraction: 3/400

Explanation:

For the decimal:

Notice how it says
(3)/(4)%. That's equivalent to 0.75% which is NOT the same as 75%.

To get the decimal, I just did this: 0.75/100. In the end, that's 0.0075.

For the fraction:

I just converted the decimal into a fraction. First, I removed the decimal by doing this:


(0.0075)/(1) * (10000)/(10000) = (75)/(10000)

I had to simplify the fraction and I got
(3)/(400). I did this by dividing
(75)/(10000) by
(25)/(25).
