Subtract the two equations to eliminate g :

(3g + h) - (3g - 2h) = (5 1/5) - (-6 4/5)

3h = (5 1/5) + (6 4/5)

Write the mixed numbers as improper fractions with a common denominator and solve for h :

3h = (25/5 + 1/5) + (30/5 + 4/5)

3h = 26/5 + 34/5

3h = 60/5

3h = 12

h = 12/3

h = 4

Solve for g :

3g + h = 5 1/5

3g + 4 = 5 1/5

3g + 4 = 26/5

3g = 26/5 - 4

3g = 26/5 - 20/5

3g = 6/5

g = (6/5)/3

g = 2/5
