I got you shawty for part one the relationship is that the rocks closest to the mid-ocean ridge are younger because as the the ridge plates collide and push up more rocks, it pushes away the older rocks which is why the further the distance from the mid-ocean ridge the older the rocks are. For the second part it’s a slow process the data in the table proves this as well because it’s been over a million years and the crust has only moved 40 km from the creation point (mid-ocean ridge)
