6x+24

Explanation:

Rise over run and differences are 12 and 2 giving us a slope of 6.That is where the 6 comes from.

Now for the 24 that is the y-intercept which would be encountered at x = 0.

Now to get from -3 to zero, since the slope is 6 we add six to each y level so continuing from (6,-3) leading up. (12,-2) (18,-1) and finally to (24,0) which would be the y-intercept which explains the +24 as the constant

-5+3/-6-6 = 1/6
