4x+3y=-24

3y= -4x -24

y= -(4/3)x -8

Pick any two values of x and solve for y. I'll pick 0 and 3 (for ease of calculation).

y= -(4/3)x -8

x = 0: y = -8

x = 3: y = -12

We now have 2 known points. (0,-8) and (3,-12),
