If your phone runs out of battery, go ahead and charge your phone. If you want to deliver some important message to someone, either go use the phone booth or borrow a phone from someone. ALWAYS KEEP YOUR PHONE CHARGED AND ALWAYS REMEBER A NUMBER OR TWO THOSE OF YOUR CLOSE FAMILY/FRIEND.
