There are 15 people on a bus. Some are adults. Some are children. There are more adults than children. Write down three different ratios of adults to children on the bus.

A ratio would mean that for every x number of adults there are a y number of children and the total in this scenario would need to total the 15 individuals in the bus. Therefore, since there has to be more adults than children then any of the following three ratios would be valid.

10 adults :: 5 children

14 adults :: 1 children

5 adults :: 3 children

All three of these ratios add up to be the 15 total individuals in the bus and also fit the requirement that there are more adults tan children.
