399

Firstly;

the number is x, and being consecutive occurs right after each other so the three numbers will be :X,X+1,X+2.

so their sum will be equal to 60

(X)+(X+1)+(X+2)= 60.

note: the sign separating the bracket is a plus and not a multiplication sign, so it is the same as them adding themselves

X+X+X+2+1=60

3X+3=60

3(X+1)=60

X+1=20

X=20-1

X=1

The product of the lowest and highest numbers being X,X+2

19×(19+2)

19×21=399
