14. Lena purchased 45 yards of the same

fabric. She also bought a fabric-marking
pen for $2.95. She paid a total less than
$14.20. To the nearest cent, what is the
most each yard of fabric could have cost?

Answer:

I think it is $0.25 which to the nearest cent would be .30

Explanation:

First, I took 14.20 and subtracted 2.95 which equals 11.25. Then i divided 11.25 and 45 to get .25 and then round to .30.
