So Tony's got some to drop on those snacks.

1. For the , hot dogs (we'll call 'em x) cost $3 each and peanuts (let's call 'em y) cost $2 each. He's only got a $20 bill, so we gotta keep it under that. So we get this inequality: 3x + 2y ≤ 20. Tony can't overspend, right?

2. On the snack count , he wants at least 4 items. Could be any combo of hot dogs and peanuts. So we got this inequality for the snack count: x + y ≥ 4.

That's how we roll with these inequalities, representing the snack game Tony's playing!
