Explanation:

SA= 2 (base) + rectangle + rectangle + rectangle
Area= lxw
Area of a triangle = h x b/2

Bottom rectangle area= lxw
= 15x4
= 60

Left+right rectangle area= 2(5x15)
= 2(75)
= 150
Front + back triangle area = 2(height x base/2)
= 2(3x4/2)
= 2(12/2)
= 2(6) = 12

SA= 12 + 150 + 60= 222
