Answer: I do not.

Explanation: White people from slavery times had a deep-seated prejudice and hatred for Black people, thus thinking they were biologically inferior. Those white people, who though of Black people as mentally inferior, underclass, and could be used for manipulating. Those white people, who were enraged when slavery had been abolished, would want anything but for Black people to succeed at the same level they do. So, teaching about the contributions and achievements of Black people would be honoring Black people and treating them as equals to them. And, like I said before, those white people want anything but that, especially if they are spreading it to others. Thus, I think no, the white people that enslaved Black people would not want to start teaching about the contributions and achievements of Black people.
