the mortality rate was

957,750/201,000,000

to get the rate per 100,000 we need to multiply the total rate by x/x, so that 201,000,000×x = 100,000

therefore, x = 1/2010

so we have to do

(957,750/2010)/(201,000,000/2010) =

= (476.4925373...)/100,000

so, there were 476.4925373... deaths per 100,000 people
