Answer: x = 85

Explanation:

When an angle starts at end of circle, the angle is half as big as the arc angle

All the arc angles or angles of a circle added up equals 360

The arc angle across from x:

arc across = 360 - 108 -82

arc across = 170

x = 1/2 (170)

x = 85

Answer:

x° = 85°

Explanation:

The sum of all arc measures of a circle is 360°.

Therefore, to find the measure of the intercepted arc, subtract the measures of the other two arcs from 360°:

360^(\circ)-108^(\circ)-82^(\circ)=170^(\circ)

Therefore, the measure of the intercepted arc is 170°.

According to the Inscribed Angle Theorem, the measure of an inscribed angle is half the measure of the intercepted arc. Therefore, the inscribed angle x is half of 170°:

x^(\circ)=(170^(\circ))/(2)=85^(\circ)

Therefore, the value of x is 85.
