CB = 30.15

Explanation:

180-58-93 = 29 degrees for angle B

draw a line perpendicular to BC down to point A, lets call the perpendicular point D.

now you've got 2 similar, smaller triangles

angle A is split into two angles, 29 degrees above and 58 degrees below.

sin 29 =CD/16

CD = 7.75

cos 29 = AD/16

AD = 14

tan 58 =DB/AD = DB/14

DB = 22.40

CD + DB = 7.75 + 22.40 = 30.15
