Factor X^2-13x+22 help pls

Explanation:

We have a polynomial and are asked to factor it.

Polynomial : x^2 - 13x + 22

Usually a trick I follow when factoring is that for c (in this case 22). You need to find two numbers that will multiply to it. And for b (in this case -13) you will need to find two numbers that will add to it, the same numbers you multipled for c.

So

x * y = 22

x + y = -13

These two numbers are -11 and -2.
