A 55 + 15s ≤ 100
B 15 + 55s ≤ 100
C 55 + 15s ≤ 100
D 15 + 55s ≤ 100

A or C because each shirt is 15 so multiply however many shirts by 55 then add to the 55 and he can’t spend more than 100
